On August 10, during his working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of a new courthouse.
The house of justice was built under the federal programme for the development of the judicial system of Russia. Judges reviewing civil and administrative offense cases will be located there.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Minnikhanov noted that today much work is done in the republic to improve the facilities of the judicial system and to create comfortable conditions for officers and visitors.
He stressed that the new court building meets all necessary requirements. "I am sure that the Kazan school of lawyers, our specialists deserve proper working conditions," Tatarstan President said.
Then, Minnikhanov handed in state awards of the republic to court officers and looked around premises of the new courthouse.
