On March 17, a solemn ceremony of the All-Russia contest of managers “Leaders of Russia” was held in Sochi. The final of the contest featured five representatives from Tatarstan. A total of 300 contestants took part in the final.
Rustem Gumerov (Head of the Big Data Department of “StandardProject”) and Vladimir Zhavoronkov (Deputy Chief Physician for Organizational and Methodological Work of the Regional Oncology Centre of the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan) are winners from Tatarstan.
Ignat Petukhov, a native of the Sverdlovsk region, who is currently working in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, won the contest as well.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated winners from Tatarstan, sending them congratulatory telegrams.
The final events of the contest were held for 5 days and included master classes from top managers of Russia and experts of the federal level, as well as a number of assessment procedures.
Minnikhanov took an active part in the Mentor Day of the contest, where he offered a group of finalists to solve a managerial task related to the formation of a comfortable urban environment. Following the results of the task, the finalists were interested in the experience of Tatarstan and the expert assessment given by Tatarstan President.
According to the terms of the contest, all finalists will receive a grant from the organizing committee in the amount of one million roubles to pay for training. In addition to the cash prize, mentors from top management of public authorities and the largest corporations in Russia will consult the winners.
Since 2017, Minnikhanov has been one of the mentors of the All-Russia contest of managers "Leaders of Russia".
